The Intuitive Type

The intuitive tend to pay more attention to their intuition than anything else. They do not take their instincts for granted. This means they are the best people to connect the dots and solve mysteries you probably never thought of.

They are also theoretical and abstract in their method of thinking and approach. The intuitive type would rather change the world than live in it as it is. Their thoughts are usually stuck in the future more than they are in the present.

Another interesting fact about the intuitive is that they spend a good part of their lives learning things rather than actually doing them. They take pride and comfort in the simple but complex art of knowing, only leaning into actions when it lets them express their creative side. Otherwise it can be stressful and they can get bored easily.

The Judging Type

The judging personality simply shows how structured a person is than their perceiving counterparts. People with a judging personality tend to prefer having a plan before carrying out a task or even making decisions. This can leave them hyper fixating on details.

People with this personality also prefer knowing about a subject or a person they’d meet ahead of time. They never want to be taken by surprise. They are also very focused and task-oriented. They only take breaks when they are truly satisfied by an outcome.

People with judging personality tend to take work over leisure and sometimes their work can be part of their hobbies. They dislike having their plans suddenly changed as this can disorient them. People with the judging personality as well as Thinkers tend to find a way to make it work on the go.

Traits of An XNXJ

Here are some traits of an XNXJ.

1. Independent

One thing XNXJs share in common is their independence. They rarely and almost never like depending on people around them. This means they tend to go through harder times alone.

They also do not want to be controlled by other people and prefer to live life by their own rules. Once an XNXJ finds themselves in a controlling environment, they either find a way to make it work or leave.

2. Structured

As mentioned earlier, the XNXJ is very structured and thanks to their judging personality. This means they plan out things and yes, including their future. This makes them feel more in control even when they know plans can change.

It would also interest you to know the XNXJs can have backup plans for their plans and even for the backups. They always want to be prepared.

3. Unorthodox

One thing about this personality type is that they will be contrary to the usual. They don’t respect the rules and make their own. Before they follow a rule, it needs to be logical and make sense to them or they just don’t see the point.

They are rebels in their own right and are always ready to back their actions logically and would not fail to do so when the need arises.

4. Introverted or Ambiverted

Although we have introverts and extroverts in this personality category, the extroverts are more Ambiverted than not. It can be rare and almost impossible to find an extremely extroverted XNXJ.

Their introverted counterparts are super introverts who prefer their own company to other people’s. They would always crave alone time and achieve their best work and self this way.

5. Leadership

It is no surprise with all the above mentioned traits, this personality type makes good leaders. Although the introverted ones would stay away from it if they can, they wouldn’t fail to take charge when they can’t.

Having an XNXJ as a leader can do so much for your project or company. They are logical thinkers and very well structured. Their unconventional methods make them great innovators.

All of these make the XNXJ and more. Not sure where you belong? Why don’t you take your personality test and let us know?
