1. Denial

2. Grief
That’s right. During the periods shortly after denial, the INTJ with ADHD may experience moments of sadness. They begin to feel like they’ve lost their superpower and would h know sheet for from them. They enjoy learning new subjects and they may feel that might never be them again. Considering they spend so much time in their heads, it’s only normal for them to stick there while avoiding reality because it hurts so much.
3. Acceptance
Ultimately, the INTJ is more logical than emotional, so they will find a way around their sadness. Eventually, they will accept they have an attention problem and fix it in their plans. In time, this eventually aids them to be more productive, and in time, everything will be as before, just with some little tweaks. Although the process might repeat itself every now and then, they are willing to be logical about it.

Navigating Life as An INTJ With ADHD

1. Don’t Be Hard On Yourself

If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD, the best thing to do is accept it, as it can help you work your way through it all. The more stress you put yourself under, the harder it will be to focus.
2. Get A Workspace
A workspace is a great way to boost your productivity. If you’re finding it difficult to get any work done, investing in a workspace will be your next best option. Eliminate all distractions you can get from working on your bed or anywhere else around your home. Keep just things you require in this workspace.
3. Plan Around ADHD
You got this! Just because you have an attention problem doesn’t make you any less. INTJs are known to be very smart and they make backup plans for their back up plans. Here’s a way to challenge yourself and plan around getting distracted. That way it doesn’t completely affect your productivity.
