The feelings other personality types have for the INTJ could be seen as fear or/and respect. Either way, the INTJ can be called to be level headed but does that apply when they are unhealthy? They Become Insensitive

The healthy INTJ will have their facts and analytics before making judgements. The unhealthy one will not care about other people’s feelings even when they understand them. They don’t care who they hurt in their purpose to get something and this can affect their relationships with those close to them.

They Disregard Their Emotions & Others

One thing an unhealthy INTJ is going to do is think feelings are stupid and their emotions will only hold them back. This includes theirs and others. This leads them to disregard it but this doesn’t mean their emotions go away. They develop into something worse such as anger and disdain. 

The unhealthy INTJ will process whatever they are going through and try to be more productive to feel good about themselves. It can lead to overly performing behaviors that help them push their hurt even deeper. But this just makes them sadder and more depressed.

They Can Be Physical Unhealthy 

When the INTJ is unhealthy, they can spend a great deal of time overthinking their goals and accomplishments that it may be difficult for them to focus on their wellbeing. Another thing an unhealthy INTJ will do will be focusing a lot on their ideal world and abstract things. They remain stuck in their head and might struggle to remain grounded. 

They stop taking their personal lives and hygiene seriously. Hardly doing any eating, drinking or getting enough sleep or exercise. This eventually leads to a physical deterioration if not checked.

They Become Impulsive 

Impulsiveness and the INTJ never mix on a good day. The INTJ works more with plans and routines but this changes when they become unhealthy. When they become unhealthy, this personality type can be more inclined to do things impulsively. 

They also heavily depend on logic even when the truth is right there in their face. Whatever they decide is what goes and it can be hard to impossible changing their minds. They stop depending on critical information and go with whatever works best in their analysis. 

The INTJ is known for their numerous strengths such as being analytical and being problem solvers. When they become unhealthy, this isn’t the case and they become skewed.

Finding other parts of life to enjoy can help maintain the balance.

It can also help in building empathy levels and addressing traumas. When you understand people instead of shutting them out, it can do a lot of good. 

Do not overlook the importance of wellness and self care. I always encourage eating healthy, working out, breathing exercises and sleeping well. 

Emotionally expressive people are not your enemy and neither are your own emotions. Acknowledge them and work with them. It is the best way to get past it better.
